At Knuckleheadz™, we know plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, we’re here to help — but we move fast to get your gear to you. That means timing is everything.

2. Cancellation Window – Act Quickly

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed. After that, your order is already being prepped, packed, or shipped — and we may not be able to stop it in time.

3. How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order within the 30-minute window:

Please include your order number and subject line: "Cancel Order – [Your Order Number]".
Once we confirm, your order will be fully cancelled and refunded.

4. Beyond 30 Minutes?

If more than 30 minutes have passed, your order may already be in transit. In this case, we’ll gladly help you with returns or exchanges once your item arrives. Just reach out — we’ve got your back.
